Helloo, I’m looking for a lodger for my 2 bed house, which is on a quiet road about 15 minute walk from the Main Street in Levenshulme and the train station/ bus stops. There’s a parking space which i use but there is on street parking just outside the house. There is a decent size garden and it’s about 5 minutes to walk to Highfield park.
The room is a furnished room with an en-suite.
Levenshulme is a great area—lots of parks, a good bakery (Long Bois), and there are nice spots like Nordie, Station South and Isca for a drink or coffee. There’s a strong sense of community here, the neighbours are really friendly, and just generally a nice pace to life.

The house is a smart, modern, clean property with space for parking and a garden to the rear! I work from home sometimes so I’ll often be in during the daytime.
I am looking for someone who is also a young professional who has their own social links already and who is fairly independent! Levenshulme has lots of amenities and plenty to do and get involved with!
