The available bedroom is a large double on the first floor. The house is just off Hagley Road West, at the top of the Kingsway, B68 - previously a hub for revival, the house is peaceful and happy. The outgoing tenant, Faith has moved on due to finishing uni and she recommends!
The 4 bed house is fully furnished; a large shared living area with breakfast table, and fast, Gig1 Virgin fibre Wi-Fi, a mature garden and patio area with scope for growing your own at the rear. The house has great views.
On the first floor there are two bathrooms (one for the girls and one for the boys), both with showers and an additional separate WC. The downstairs utility room also has a WC. A cleaner visits fortnightly to clean communal areas and is included with all the other bills.
At the top of the road is a Starbucks, an Asda, the Reel Cinema and a Gym Group Lifestyle centre, all a 2 minute walk from the house. There's a number of lovely parks and green spaces too. It is on a direct bus route to the centre, 30 mins, and buses go along the Hagley Road every 10 mins or less. The M5, Junction 3, is 5 mins away.

Matthew.....who is doing an MA and is also doing some supply teaching. Matthew is usually away on weekends where he likes to get involved with the youth work in his home Parish in Droitwich.
Jonathan ...who goes to Dudley Baptist and is currently working for West Midlands ambulance service as a student paramedic. He likes spending time outdoors and doing exercise such as running, cycling and playing badminton. He has the BBQ! I like having people come round and cooking food for them :)
And Natalie...who attends Quinton Evangelical and volunteers locally with various Christian organisations mainly in street outreach work. She likes writing, reading, watching crime dramas and going to the gym.
