This is a lovely flat with a good sized living room and separate modern kitchen diner.
The room has a single bed, but it's spacious room with a lovely view of the private garden. There is a large walk-in cupboard availablefor the sole use of the flatmate and also some storage space in the garage for a bike etc.
There is a separate toilet room and bathroom (with bath and shower) - it's hard to take photos of it, but it is in good condition and it's very convenient having a separate loo room.
It's quiet neighbourhood but it's not far to walk to the local shops, local churches and library. There is also easy access to Hucclecote Green, a really nice green space nearby. It's also just a short walk from the local park and cycle paths.
