More about the accommodation:
Self contained garden studio with en suite shower room and kitchenette in Stoughton off of Rydes hill. A short drive from Royal Surrey Hospital and Surrey Research Park. Buses at the end of the road that go into Guildford town and surrounding areas.
Looking for someone friendly, kind, trustworthy and respectful as I live in the main house with my two young boys. Access is through our garden so someone who likes kids would be ideal as they will be out in the garden in warmer weather.
