The flat is located in the S10 area of Sheffield. This is an open-concept double room with both a single bed and a double sofa bed with a living area.
A short walking distance from both universities and Sheffield City Centre. If you miss catching one bus there are many other transports that are nearby. There is on-street parking.
Shops and lots of restaurants nearby. There are parks within 15 to 20 minutes walking distance from the house e.g. Botanical Gardens.
Rent includes council tax, water rates, and includes fair usage of electricity and gas.

Consideration can be made for short or longer let and there is a £500 deposit.
