More about the accommodation:

We have a lovely, light and airy, well furnished, freshly decorated double bedroom sized room available for single female occupancy.

The bedroom is large and spacious, with broadband, TV point, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk with drawers, reclining chair, bookcase, wooden single bed and under bed storage.

The house is split into two sections.

- The front section is semi self-contained having 3 bedrooms for occupation by 2 lodgers and 1 long-term young female family friend.
- The back section has separate bathroom, kitchen and bedrooms for the family.
- The door between the sections is closed making the front section quiet and semi self-contained with its own kitchen, bathroom and shower room (two toilets).
- The kitchen is for the use of the two lodgers only. Well equipped with breakfast bar, large fridge freezer, microwave, cooker, plenty of cupboard space, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner etc
- Access through front door, giving additional privacy as family use back door.

Use of washing machine and dryer.

Quiet road in Upper Parkstone, Poole.

There is plenty of on road parking and a cycle store.

It is 5 minutes walk from bus stops with frequent buses to Poole town centre, Poole hospital, Bournemouth University and Bournemouth town centre. Also buses to Tower Park and Ashley Road. There are a small Tesco and Subway nearby.

Bills are included.

We clean and look after the communal areas twice a week so that you don’t have to.

Full references will be required and the minimum stay is 3 months.

We have cats in the back section of the house but they are not allowed into the front section.

Both Room 1 and Room 2 are always let to females only. This room (Room 2) is available from: 14th October 2026. Room 1 will become empty in a month or two. Temporary accommodation in a different room is available as a stop-gap if you need a room before 14th October.

We carefully select lodgers so that we and they can have a harmonious and sociable atmosphere. Our aim is to provide a safe and happy home.

We respond quickly to any problems that arise with the running of the household.

More about the household:

We are an English family consisting of a married couple with two adult daughters in their 20s plus a long term family friend in her 20s. We are a quiet but busy family. Our family attend churches. We have cats in the main part of the house but they are not allowed into the lodger area. You won't see too much of us as the family part of the house is separate from the lodger area but we do like to have a meal together every few weeks.

Both Room 1 and Room 2 are let to females only. Our aim is to provide a safe and happy home. Room 2 is free from 14th October. Room 1 is also coming available to let in the next month or two.
