Because I travel quite a bit, I'm willing to give up the master bedroom (with its King size bed) and share the kitchen and bathroom of my lovely, airy 2-bedroom, top-floor flat (in a 3 storey block) with a considerate lodger.
The place is ideal for a professional who values personal space and a Westbourne 'Golden Grid' location - midway between Bournemouth & Poole & close to their many miles of golden sandy beaches!
