We're looking for a two housemates from 1st of May (single room) and 1st of June (double room) to replace lovely housemates that are moving to new pastures and getting married. We're seeking two people to be a welcome addition to join our home, a relaxed four bedroomed house in West Putney.

Furnished single room with single bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe: £680 rent with £750 deposit - available 1st May 2026.

Furnished double room is available with double platform bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe (on landing), desk negotiable: £740 rent with £750 deposit - available 1st June 2026.

The house has an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area and a small garden with bbq. There are 3 bedrooms (including the single room) and a bathroom on the first floor with a 4th bedroom (the double room) in the converted loft space.

Located in West Putney - 10min walk to Barnes overground station with 20/25mins to London Waterloo. On bus routes to Richmond, Hammersmith, Putney, Wimbledon and Clapham Junction (493, 430, 33, 265, 337) and not far from the 85 bus to Kingston. Small supermarket, post office, grocer and good Italian and Nepalese restaurants a 5 minute walk away. In walking distance to the river and lots of access to green spaces within a 5-20min walk including Richmond Park, Putney Heath and Common, Barnes Common and Wimbledon Common. Within 30mins cycle to Hyde Park, South Kensington, Richmond and Wimbledon. Parking on street is free.

No smoking or vaping or pets. Bills are £100 (subject to possible increases). House bills include energy, water, council tax, internet and TV license, and are paid into a communal house account with direct debits set up.

Current housemates work in the NHS and higher education. We serve in our local churches and are passionate about living out our faith in the everyday, in our local community and workplaces. We attend church at KXC and St. Alban's, Fulham. We enjoy different outdoor and sport pursuits, such as running, biking, hiking and kayaking.

We prioritise a house meal together once a month and sometimes enjoy watching a film, grabbing a coffee, BBQs and have a fire pit in the garden now and then. We share weekly chores and collectively invest in creating a relaxed, warm, welcoming home environment. The house has a history of being a home shared by people passionate about Jesus, local church, community and looking out for each other. We're keen for our new housemate to be blessed by the offer of community on our doorstep as well as benefit from a well-established home to be a base for London life.
