Spacious 3 bedroom town house with garden and off street parking. There is a shared living room upstairs as well as a shared living/kitchen/dining area downstairs. Bathroom is shared between 2 of the bedrooms, there is also a downstairs toilet. Close to town centre and train station. Riverside park is a 2 minute walk. The room is a furnished double room on the second floor.

Owner - female 32, youth and families minister at Church
Another female - 23 - professional. (May be moving to South Africa soon so there may be a second room available).
Dog - 1 lively cocker Spaniel!
Friendly housemates, happy to hang out but theres also plenty of room to have your own space. Try to keep things clean and tidy - a cleaner comes every other week to clean the communal areas. I do my office work from home but am out and about at groups and meetings. We both tend to go to bed fairly early and aren't loud late at night. The Church youth group does meet here on a Sunday evening but there are 2 living areas so there is still space to hang out. My dog is quite friendly and energetic so being okay with dogs is a must (she is also crate trained and there is no expectation of house mates to do anything with her - if I am out she can be in her crate).
