Bright comfy 2nd-floor flat right in the heart of Manchester’s buzzing Northern Quarter. Manchester's best restaurants, bakeries, bars, and cafés, supermarkets, gyms, shopping mall literally on your doorstep. It’s a 2-bed, 2-bath place, so you’ll have your own bathroom with a toilet, shower-over-bath, and shower screen. It's a double bedroom with a wardrobe cabinet, open hanging space, dressing shelf, mirror, and a bedside table with bedside lamp with USB and USB-C charging ports. The kitchen and living room are open-plan, with a dining table, four chairs, a sofa, and a TV. There’s also a balcony with a little coffee table—perfect for catching some sun on the rare occasion Manchester plays nice! The flat gets loads of natural light and, even though it’s in a lively area, it’s super well insulated. I keep things peaceful, clean, and quiet, so you can relax and get a good night’s sleep. Feel free to use the kitchen whenever you like. There’s a washer/dryer, welcome to use.

Unfortunately, there is no guest parking available on-site. However, several public car parks are located within a 7–10 minute walk, with daily rates ranging from £3 to £7. Please note that these are not secure car parks, so vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk.

Hi! I’m renting out my spare room for a short-term let. I’m an actor and mostly work from home, so ideally I’m looking for someone who works outside the flat at least a few days a week.
