Room available for a female student or professional to rent in a family home, Englefield Green. The bedroom is on the first floor of a townhouse. Walking distance to Royal Holloway Uni, shops, and restaurants. The beautiful Windsor Great Park very near by for those who enjoy nature and the outdoors. We love our home which offers village life, the beauty of the countryside but also very quick access to London with Egham train station near by.
Our current lodger is a Christian, young teacher and moving due to getting married. We are looking for the right person to join living within our family home.

More about the household:
A light and comfortable room available is within our family home - married couple with children are ages 11 and 5. We also have a cat!
The room is on the first floor of the townhouse (our bedrooms are on the 2nd floor along with our family bathroom).
The bathroom for our lodger’s use is on the ground floor with a shower - and inside this room is the washing machine and tumble dryer.
Our lodger has use of the kitchen/ diner with own area in cupboards / fridge and freezer. The lounge is next to the bedroom which is the living area for her lodger as well.
The house can be busy in the mornings when getting off to school, the days are quiet with us both working. Most evenings we are running the children to various sports trainings - eldest especially busy with sports.
We are an active family who love the outdoors and enjoy paddle boarding on the river nearby and spend free time walking/biking in Windsor Great Park.
We have loved having our current lodger with us who has become like family. We hope to find another lodger with the same values and who will enjoy our home.
