This is a single room on the first floor in a large house very close to Southbourne beach. We the owners live and work in London but come back regularly for a couple of days at a time. We have a south facing garden and there is lots of onboard parking around as well as being close to Pokesdown station and local bus routes

The kitchen/diner is a communal space for everyone, having a gas hob and electric cooker. A fridge purely for your use is available plus cupboard space. We all share the crockery, cooking utensils etc. The room itself overlooks the garden and benefits from being south facing. There is garage space if you have a bike. The room has its own wash basin and is carpeted throughout with recent re-decoration. The large bathroom is almost exclusively yours and has a bath with shower. Occasionally my daughter visits and then she also uses that bathroom. This accommodation would suit anyone who likes a quiet, tidy home and is independent as we all tend to live our own lives within the property.
We the owners are both employed by a central London church.
