The flat is spacious and light, fully furnished. The bedroom (double bed) on offer has a bathroom of it's own, though it's not quite ensuite. You would also have access to a private parking space
The £800 rent covers everything (council tax, WiFi, water etc.) except for the electricity bill.
The large balcony directly overlooks an amazing church (St Mary's Maidenhead), with other church options nearby. The flat is also directly on top of a large Sainsbury's, and is right in the town centre, so is super convenient for whatever you'd need. It's a ~5 minute walk to the train station, which is on London's Elizabeth Line.
There's already another Christian tenant (male) in the other bedroom.
P.S. parts of the place have been further improved since the photos were taken, notably the kitchen and the bathroom that you would have to yourself.

The other tenant is a single Christian guy, who attends the church directly next to the flat. The church is large, and incredibly busy, with plenty of opportunities to serve etc.
