Hey,
My name is Zoe and I’m currently looking for 2 new housemates!
This is a terrace house is comprised of 3 bedrooms, shared bathroom (with a shower over the bath), living room, kitchen, and a large spacious garden. Both bedrooms are fully furnished. The single bedroom has a bed and large built in cupboard space. The double bedroom has a bed, wardrobe, desk, and small cabinet. The kitchen is a nice and large and has plenty of cabinet space, an American style fridge/ freezer, oven, and gas stove; a washing machine is also in the kitchen. There is a large garden, with a small shed, which can house a bicycle, along with a greenhouse.
Broadband and all other bills are included in the price of rent (including council tax); I’m happy to split television license cost if you want to watch live tv - I do not currently pay for this as I don’t watch live tv.
The house is very close to the local hospital (Mount Gould Hospital), has a great bus route (that takes you into town), a 20 - 25 minute walk to the town centre, and free on street parking. Parking is relatively easy, however keep in mind that the house is opposite the hospital, so during the week days, then parking can be tricky if you are coming and going during the day!
I am a working professional, who works at the local hospital full time. I enjoy baking, knitting, crocheting, and watching Netflix! I generally keep to myself, or will be out with friends or family (who also live in Plymouth).
I am looking for a housemate who is quiet, clean, friendly, and tidy! I attend the local church (St Simon’s) but there are plenty of great churches in Plymouth and would be happy to ‘Church surf’ with you if you needed a friend :)

I work at the local hospital 5 days a week.
I own the house and will be the live in landlord.
I am open to having students living with me, however would not accept large gatherings/ parties at the house.
