The household is made up of mature professionals and a PHD student. It functions as an international church family (Spanish, Ukrainian and English speakers currently) with a caring and considerate outlook.
Some special ocassions are marked with a shared meal eg at Christmas, birthdays and marking exam successes. The house lends itself to these occasions with the spacious living and dinining area and the pretty, well kept garden.
There is facility to work from home in the ground floor front room, which can be closed off to the main communal area.
