The house is a 3-bed townhouse. I am offering two Double rooms in a sought-after area in close proximity to local amenities such as Aldi (6 minutes walk) Costa! Gyms, local CoOp, Pharmacy, Hairdressers, Fish and Chips Shop, Kebab Shop. Our home is 2 minutes away from a basketball court and has many small and large parks in the area.
Both Double rooms are i£800 per month including all bills and C.Tax.
The amount is reduced during warmer months.
The house has a downstairs kitchen, WC, living room and a garden. On the first floor are 2 bedrooms and then there is another double bedroom on the top floor. I am happy for you to use what’s in my kitchen as long as it is taken care of.
Please understand, this is not just a moneymaking rental but it is our home and would want anyone who stays to be a good steward. If you don’t like cleaning, keeping things tidy eg. Vacuuming, then this home is not for you,
I expect whoever cones to live in our home to keep all communal areas clean. Residents can negotiate a day for cleaning amongst themselves.

Hi there, my name is Tess. I work as an English teacher. I live with my daughter Jessie aged 26. I have been attending the Oxford Bible Church (OBC) since 2002 and am an active member within my church community.
Jessie also attends a local church.
My husband lives and works abroad. I will be joining him soon (at the end of the month of October)
We would like to share our home with a fellow Christian and have 2 lovely double rooms available.
My daughter Jessie is the most active member in our family. She enjoys all things outdoorsy , especially, hiking.
We don’t have any pets although I do love dogs and horses.
