The household currently consists of one married couple, two single males, and two single females (one of the males is leaving the offered room). The original houseshare that moved into the property in 2011 was comprised of five males, only one of whom remains today. Since then, several others—both male and female—have rotated through the share.
We are a diverse group of Christians who attend separate churches. Each of us has our own schedule and waking hours so we may not see each other frequently, but we strive to remain friendly, respectful, and accommodating to one another. We have one smoker in the household, but they always ensure to smoke outside.
Generally, we aim for everyone to be responsible for at least one bill or household duty, but we're flexible with this and can adjust based on everyone's schedules and capacity.
Colliers Wood Station is just a three to four-minute walk away. We're also a short walk from Wandle Park and Colliers Wood Recreation Ground, which offers ornamental gardens, table tennis, a paddling pool, a children's playground, a basketball court, a football pitch, and two tennis courts.
Plenty of shops and local amenities are close by, including Aldi, Sainsbury's, M&S, and Co-op, plus a 24-hour Tesco Metro directly opposite the tube station. A public library is also within a two-minute walk.
Our landlord unfortunately doesn't allow pets.
