The house was rented out before so I am.gradually getting it back up to a decent standard. So, when it comes to your room, I am flexible to put wooden flooring in beforehand or carpet. I can also paint it to a colour you'd prefer within reason. The room can come with furniture or without it depending on what you'd prefer. There's a shed in the garden if you have a bike. Parking is on the street for free. The front garden will be converted into a drive for closer parking too.
There's an American fridge freezer, super fast broadband, big TV, x box, big sofa, locks on all doors with your own key for your room.

I am a chilled guy who keeps the house clean and tidy. I love talking about the bible and praying so if you want to fellowship then that's no problem. I am happy for my house to be used for a home group too.
I am relatively quiet and considerate, even though I get up early I generally eat breakfast outside and so I'm out the door quite quickly and quietly.
Not sure what else to say, I am a born again believer for 20 years now. I am straight, white and definitely not woke. Feel free to get in touch if you'd like to chat and visit the property. You can then go and think about it and pray before making your decision. I like gaming sometimes and a pint too, so you'd be welcome to join as well if you'd be up for that. ✌️
