The house is a detached property in a quiet, friendly neighbourhood with excellent public transport links into Nottingham. The bedroom is located downstairs; it’s a generous, light-filled space overlooking the garden, with patio doors that open directly onto the patio. A private shower room is situated close by for your exclusive use.
The kitchen has been recently refitted, and there is a new utility room with a washing machine. Please note that the lounge and downstairs office are reserved for family use.
