More about the accommodation:
4 bed Detached House in North Abingdon. Looking for a third housemate to share the space. Preferably female but open to conversations.
The house has 2 double bedrooms, 2 single bedrooms and a downstairs snug that is being used as a bedroom. The 2 single rooms are currently being used as a study and a gym.
There is a large enclosed rear garden and a large double garage for storage.
Bills will be less in Feb and March due to no council tax and are likely to increase slightly at the end of March when the new Council Tax bill comes in.
Both current housemates are female and are in full-time employment working for Christ Church, Abingdon.
Sorry, no pets, as dictated by Landlord.
Bills include Virgin media subscription and Netflix. We also have a Disney+ and Prime account.

Heather has lived in the house for nearly 7 years now. Abi moved in a couple of years ago when she started working for the church.
Abi loves going for walks and hanging out at the gym. Heather loves sewing and movies!
We currently cook and eat together but any new housemate wouldn't have to join in with that if they didn't want to.
We both sometimes work from home.
We both really enjoy board games and card games and have a vast collection.
