This is a 3 bedroom house in the lovely village of Eynsham with good bus routes to oxford and lovely local shops and services.
Driving and cycling to oxford is easy (30 minute bike ride on cycle paths). Buses are regular (every 10 minutes in peak times). You also have easy access to the countryside and river walks etc.
There is a front and back garden, large lounge and kitchen diner, two good sized double bedrooms and one single bedroom. There is a bathroom with a bath and shower and a downstairs toilet. The house is on a quiet cul-de-sac with a driveway and private parking space. There is a large front porch with room for bikes as well as a back porch for storage.
This a 3 bedroom house house but the price is to share it with one other lovely Christian woman (so you would have a spare room for guests/an office or you could share with a 3rd person to bring down the cost per room).
This is our loved family home which we are renting while I work as a vicar and we want who ever lives there to enjoy it as much as we did/hope to in the future.

This would be to share the house with one other person. The house is 3 bedrooms so if perverted you could offer add other member to spread the cost. At present it would just be two of you so you would have a spare room as an office or for guests.
