More about the accommodation:
Self -contained accommodation comprising kitchen, bed sitting room and shower toilet with own entrance. The rent is low because my wife has some health issues and therefore we need some part-time help in our home (by arrangement) in return. We are regular churchgoers and love to sing hymns and spiritual songs. Our home is adjacent to the flat.
The flat is close to no 1 and no 2 bus stops also to local shops in Henleaze or Westbury on Trym.
We hope this arrangement will be mutually beneficial to the right person. So we are happy to explore options!
