About Me & The Building
I am a working professional and the owner of the flat. I work a 9–5 out of the office, so the flat is quiet during the day if you happen to work from home. I’m a morning person—up early and usually in bed early during the week.
When I’m not at work, I’m often at the local PureGym, out on my bike, or in our communal garden, which I play a big role in looking after and maintaining. The flat is part of a very friendly stairwell where the neighbours all know each other, which adds a great sense of community.
What I’m Looking For
I’m a keen cook and value hospitality; I’m looking for a flatmate who is similarly sociable and interested in building a friendship, rather than just sharing a space. Ideally, you are:
A professional with a similar schedule: Someone who appreciates a peaceful "early to bed" routine during the work week.
Sociable yet respectful: Up for a chat or a shared meal, while respecting each other's space and need for downtime.
