A furnished double en-suite room for single occupancy is available in a clean, comfortable and well maintained home in East Reading by Palmer Park.
This would suit a professional working hybrid with at least 3 days a week in the office. Mature, Masters and PhD students also welcome.
The local area has shops, restaurants, GP and Pharmacy all within a 5-10 minute walk. It's also on the 17 and 4/4a bus routes for connections into town. Reading is well connected to Heathrow and Central London by train and railair.
The home would best suit someone who is clean, considerate and easy to live with, and who values a place that feels fresh, quiet and comfortable.

She also has another housemate who she's known for a few years and attends a different church in Reading.
