It is in a quiet area in Killingbeck, with lots of communal garden spaces.

The flat is a 10 minute driver to the city centre. It is close to main public transport links and you can get to the city centre in 25 minutes on the bus. It under 10 minutes drive to various grocery stores (Asda, Tesco, M&S, Sainsbury's, Aldi and Lidl). The closest being a 2 minute walk.

I go to North church in Kirkstall road.
