The property comprises a communal front entrance leading to a private flat entrance, a spacious and well-proportioned living room with attractive period features, two double bedrooms, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. To the rear, there is a private south-facing yard, perfect for enjoying a bit of sunshine.

Permit parking is also available on the street.

I’m quite active and enjoy things like park runs, going to the gym, and getting outdoors when I can. I’m also into computers and tech, so you’ll often find me working on something or learning something new.

I graduated from the University of Aberdeen last year with a degree in Economics. I now work as an economist at HMRC and am studying part-time for a Master’s in Economics at Queen Mary University of London.

On Sundays I go to Hillsong in the morning, where I sometimes serve on the coffee team, prayer team, or kids’ team. If the weather’s nice, I like to relax in the park for a bit after the service, then head to the library to do some studying.

I’d say I’m easygoing, respectful, and enjoy a good balance between social time and having my own space.
