Quiet and light terraced house- good facilities and well furnished.
There is a large living room/ Dining room area with sofas and a dining table, as well as a large TV.
There is a well-furnished, decent sized kitchen looking out onto a patio garden.
In the basement there is a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a downstairs toilet.
Upstairs there is a beautiful sandstone-coloured bathroom, along with 2 bedrooms and a cosy spot on the landing for reading.
The room for rent is large, with a double bed, a tv and is light due to two large windows.
The house is 20 minutes away (by foot) from the Northampton train station, is opposite a Co-op making it easy to buy groceries, and also 5 minutes away from the large park 'The Racecourse'.

I am a 30 year old professional with experience in the IT industry, as well as in teaching.
I have been a christian all of my life, and I do live intentionally for God, and I'm grounded at a church in North London that I've attended consistently since 2019.
I am a kind person, with an attitude for excellence, and I love life, with many different hobbies.
I'm easy to get on with and would make an excellent housemate if you share the same values of living for God and striving to be a kind person.
I keep the place very tidy, and clean regularly and I'm looking forward to sharing the space with another christian.
