- Lots of green spaces in the residential complex
- Parking space (ideal for moving in, visitors, or your own car, etc..)
- Bikes storage (with roof)
- Swimming pool (the highlight for me personally)
- Gym (right next to the pool).
- Lounge with ping pong/table tennis, wi-fi, darts (on the 1st floor above the gym, please see pictures and feel free to email if you’d like the video!)

Transport:
- 5 mins walk to Nine Elms station (Northern line)
- 5-10 mins walk to Vauxhall Tube/Bus/Railway Stations (Victoria line)

Location perks:
- Vauxhall park with Tennis court and Lavander Field right in the corner.
- 5-10 mins walk to the Thames riverwalk.
- 3 mins walk to Tate library.
- 5 mins to massive Sainsbury’s/Argos and Asian convenience store (by Nine Elms Station).
- You can also find a local Waitress, Tesco, Sainsbury’s and Starbucks by Vauxhall Station.
