The house is 30 years old and in very good condition. I have recently bought the property and am in the fun process of furnishing it (sofa is on its way!). The kitchen, lounge, bathroom and downstairs toilet are all communal spaces. There is a small third bedroom which I use to work from home 1-2 days a week (open to discussions on sharing this as well).
Garage storage (for bikes, etc.) and off-road parking is also available.
Location & transport: located in a friendly, quiet part of Greater Leys, the house has easy access to the ringroad and countryside walks. Also convenient access to the Science Park. 25 minute cycle to the city centre, with various bus options for the city and central station.

30 year old professional working for Oxford University Press. I have lived in Oxford for 2 years and have enjoyed getting involved in church, a running club, and exploring all that Oxford has to offer.
In the past 10 years I have lived in various house share situations, all of which have been successful and led to good friendships. I enjoy chatting with housemates and sometimes cooking or watching TV together, and am also respectful of people's space and need for downtime.
