I have a lovely 2- bed house in Roath, with a lounge, kitchen/diner, and a shared family bathroom.
I am 29, a very committed Christian. I have had 3 lodgers over the last year (all short-medium term arrangements) which has been highly successful.
I am a teacher, and I love hosting in the house.
The room available is the loft room. It is a very large room and it is furnished nicely with a double bed, chest of draws, desk, armchair and storage units. Although you would be able to make it your own as well.
Beyond this, you would have access to the whole house, you would be so welcome to join me chulling in the lounge in the evenings etc. There is a functiuonal garden, which I am hoping to have renovated soon.
Sadly, the only space available for a bike would be outside, in the front garden, although there is a fence to lock a bike to.

It is a wonderful house, with plenty that you would be able to use and access.
I am a single, 29 year old man, who works as a primary school. The arrangement would be a lodger agreement and contract, although it would be lovely to get to know you and live more like a family in some respects. I am a keen sportsman and cook, I host and lead a church small group in the house 1 evening a week and regularly have people over for dinner.
I don't have any pets at the moment.
