I'm looking for someone to take over the double bedroom in a lovely two-bedroom first-floor apartment on Ninian Road, right opposite Roath Park. This is a rented property, and is managed by a reliable and well-regarded letting agency.
The flat is bright, spacious, and full of character, with original sash windows and great views across the park. It has a large comfortable living room, kitchen-diner, bathroom.
The available room is a double bedroom, while the flat also has a smaller single room (which I occupy). The location is fantastic, with Roath Park on the doorstep and easy access to the city centre and the local cafés and , shops on Wellfield Road. The area has good transport links.
The flat comes furnished and would suit a friendly, tidy young professional looking for a relaxed place to call home.

I am a 31 year old male, I enjoy outdoor pursuits like cycling and running. I'm a young professional who works from home 3 or 4 days a week. I'm looking for a replacement flatmate as my current flatmate is getting married. I am a friendly person and happy to socialise, whilst respecting that everyone needs time on their own sometimes. I spend my evenings doing sport, socialising or just chilling at home. My Christian faith is important to me, I am very involved in my local church and my ideal flatmate would be someone who shares my faith.
