More about the accommodation:

Our home is a large 6 bedroom property, there are 4 bedrooms on the middle floor for our family and then the attic space in a 2 bedroom apartment which we rent out to lodgers. Lodgers walk through our home to access the attic space.

The attic has a large living / dining space, a recently upgraded bathroom, kitchen, 2 double bedrooms and utility space. A bedroom in the attic will be available to rent from October. This will be a shared space with 1 male lodger who is in his 20s.

We have a cleaner who cleans the attic space monthly which is included in the monthly rent. We are looking for someone who will respect the space and keep it clean and tidy.

We are a Christian family with children in the home and therefore need any potential lodger to undertake a DBS check for safety.

Our home is in the heart of Broomhill, very convenient for the local hospitals, the university and the city centre. There are a number of major bus route near by alongside local cafes and shops. We are a short distance from lovely parks and countryside.

More about the household:

Our family attends Christ Church Walkley, we are a married couple late 30s/early 40s. We have 3 children. We both work from home most of the time so there is usually someone around during the day. We are a busy family with lots of church and sports activities.

Our lodger in the attic is a male PhD student in his mid 20s. He attends The Well Church. He works out of the home during the day, is sociable and friendly.

Our attic lodgers are free to use the space in the attic uninterrupted. We are a warm and welcoming family and like to have meals together with our lodgers every few months. We also appreciate chatting in our kitchen as lodgers come and go from the house.
