This is a great house in the leafy suburb of North Kingston. It is a 20 minute walk from Kingston train station and the town centre. Kingston is a great town and part of greater London. Full of great places to eat, be entertained (cinemas, Rose theatre), socialise and shop.
The house is also close to other local amenities such as a Sainsburys superstore, gyms, bakeries and cafes.
There are frequent trains (every 15mins) to central London (Waterloo) which takes only 30mins.
The house is also a 5-10 minute walk from Richmond Park.
This is a three bedroom house (and one box room which is good for occasional guests). A clean and tidy house (we divvy up the cleaning). There is also a medium sized garden which is well maintained- a great place to relax and enjoy the sun. Very nice and friendly neighbourhood with free on street parking.
The room offered is downstairs, very spacious- 314cm by 290cm (not including the bay window 65cm by 236cm).

Regarding the people you would be living with!- I work as a nurse in Kingston Hospital and the other guy works in IT in a school. We've lived here for 10+ years with others coming a going (last person we shared with was here 6 years). We are both friendly and accommodating people. We enjoy having the odd bbq, having friends round and family from time to time. We are a quiet and peaceful house. We strife to respect one another, get on well, have a good laugh and be a place someone can feel comfortable and at home.
This is a great house with good landlords who also live in Kingston and are always willing to help if anything is needed. Very reasonable rent for location. They have only put the rent up once in 13 years!
