This is a large 3 storey house, 5yrs old in a residential area. The accommodation offered is on the middle floor which comprises of a kitchen / diner / lounge and two double bedrooms plus two bathrooms. These can be rented to two individuals who will share the living space or a married couple who will take both bedrooms ( or an alternative study room with a pull out double bed for guests) and the living space for their exclusive use.
We are a semi retired couple. From May to Sept we will also live in the house, Our bedroom and bathroom is on the top floor .We have our own large Kitchen / diner /lounge and snug on the bottom floor for our personal use. However, for most of the year we live overseas, during this time we are happy for people to use the down stairs, Kitchen / diner /lounge for occasional use.
It is walking distance to Four Oaks station and close to the beautiful Sutton Park, ideal for walking, running biking and coffee. Mere Green shops are walking distance with restaurants, supermarkets, library, doctors etc.
We have many good Churches locally as well as in Birmingham city

More about the household:
We have 4 married sons who have all left home and currently 6 grandchildren. During the summer months, whilst in UK, we spend a lot of time visiting family and friends. We love being outdoors and have a nice secluded garden and field in Wales. We live most of the year in Egypt where, I work as a preschool teacher, and my husband is writing about the Sinai.
