I (landlady) also live in the house (2 bed), only 1 mile from Canterbury City centre in a modern estate, with free parking. You'll have use of a bathroom largely for your own use right next to the room. There is a convenience store approximately 7 mins walk away and nice walks surround the property. There is also a bus stop to town within a 5 min walk.
