Come live in Southfields! My flat is about 10 mins walk downhill to the AELTC gates - or 5 mins walk the queue - for Wimbledon tennis in the summer and is a great place to live all year round.
My long-term housemates moved out recently as one bought own flat in the area and the other relocated overseas. So am looking for friendly, low-key people to move in.
My flat has been renovated recently and has a new kitchen and bathroom.
For the double bedroom the price is £800 rent and £150 bills; for the single bedroom £725 rent and £150 bills pcm.
We would share;
- Kitchen with all usual equipment.
- Lounge with comfy couches.
- Bathroom with good water pressure (shower over bath).
- Toilet featuring a wall of Who Gives A Crap toilet paper!
