3 person flat, looking for 1 tenant. Female 22-37.
The flat is spacious in a safe enclosed cul de sac a stones throw away from Bow tube station. There is also a hire bike station a. Street over with Lime, scooters, Boris bikes, Voi, etc. We have a Tesco and an Asda express within 5 minutes walk.
The bedroom is a double room including all furniture except the desk.
We have 2 bathrooms.
We would like someone who is clean and happy to contribute to a bi monthly cleaner (we’ve included this in bills), someone who cares about the space.
We also have a front patio, a private back garden, and the flat looks onto a shared park garden bit with a big tree, there is optional parking if you apply!

Currently I (27) and Lasya (33) live here.
I am very extroverted and enjoy socialising but also my own space. I would like someone who enjoy us cooking together, cups of tea, bring friendly etc
Lasya would like someone chill who can be respectful of the fact she works from home a couple days a week from her room, so nothing to crazy noisy, but we both are happy to have a space where people are welcome etc!
I would like to host mid week bible or young adult groups in the evening occasionally yet don’t at current. Would love for someone to move in as well that likes hosting, having dinner and being sociable sometimes!
Lasya works in banking and finance.
I was working for evangelical alliance in policy but now my graduate scheme has ended I do agency work, work part time in a Community cafe etc but am searching for a new job!
My hobbies are day trips, adventures, coffee shops, walks, hikes, museums, music, art, fashion, live music, going out and dinnnners! I go to East end church which is New Frontiers, but also SAINT in Hackney. I just moved in May from Glasgow.
Lasya goes to the gym sometimes after walk, enjoys walks and goes to St Helens Bishopsgate.
The new tenant would need to be happy if chosen to complete a credit check, this cost me £38, for the landlords peace of mind :)
