Hi I have a beautiful ensuit studio which has direct garden access through the balcony as the studio is facing the garden. It gets plenty of sunshine as it is facing the south direction. I'm looking for a tidy and respectful christian female professional who would stay for 6 months or a year. There is a deposit of a month rent upon signing the tenancy contract.
