More about the accommodation:

A light and spacious house but with a country cottage feel. It's south facing, looks onto a large sunny garden and has all mod cons. 10 mins walk to The Common or the station.

Fully furnished double room available with French doors onto the garden. There are 3 bathrooms in the house and you will have main use of the shower room and shared use of bathroom.

There is a kitchen diner with additional sofa and tv and wood-burning stove and a large living room so plenty of space to socialize or have space. Use of a keyboard if interested. And a beautiful garden that is great for sitting in, outdoor meals, etc.

We're friendly and relaxed. We're all out and about a lot but sometimes spend time together in the kitchen in the evening, and occasionally go out for dinner, out running or for a walk. The youngest housemate is Jasmine who is 5 years old (my daughter). She is well behaved and knows to respect housemates space.


Easy bus to General Hospital or university and the city centre (if you don't want to walk). Free on street parking (closest un-permitted parking to the city centre).

Sorry, WOMEN only (but well behaved pets considered).

More about the household:

We are a friendly and laid back household. Sociable but out and about/away a lot of the time. Housemates are me, Esther, my daughter Jasmine (5), Becky & Siona. Jasmine and I go to St James by the Park, Siona goes to St Edmunds & Above Bar. Becky doesn't go to church. Jasmine is cheerful and energetic but pretty chilled out.

There is lots of space so we can have space or be sociable without being on top of each other. We sometimes eat or go to the pub together. Also have the occasional dinner party, barbecue or party.

Friends and family are welcome to visit/stay.
