Our residents are mainly international Christian professionals from a wide range of backgrounds and ethnicities. It's a respectful, community-minded household — a church reference is required as part of the application, reflecting our commitment to maintaining that ethos.
REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY
1 month's deposit + 1 month's rent in advance
Two references: one from your church, one from an employer or university/college
Evidence of income: 3 months' payslips or bank statements, or a signed guarantor agreement
Residents supply their own bedding/bed linen
