Hello! We are Emily and Abi, and we live in a 3 bed 1 bath tenement flat in Polwarth. Monthly rent, utilities and council tax comes out to 800 pounds per tenant. It's a peaceful and safe part of town, close to the union canal, coffee shops and a 5 minute walk from several small supermarkets, or 10 minutes from bigger grocery stores.
